Victoria Driving Range

The Victoria Driving Range features two-tiers with 61 stalls for practice, target greens and more. You can book group lessons or private lessons with Golf Pros on staff and as soon as the weather permits, golfer can enjoy playing the Riverside Golf Courses. The range is located just off River Valley Road.

Golfers need to purchase tokens for the range from the pro shop. Each token provides 33 practice balls and costs $4.50. They also offer small, large and extra-large buckets, along with deals for multiple buckets.

Single Bucket prices are $6 for a small, $9 for a large and $10.50 for an extra-large. If you purchase ten buckets the prices are $57 for small, $85.50 for large and $100 for extra-large. They also offer deals for 20 and 30 buckets ranging from $108 to $270. The range will be open from 9am to 9pm, Monday through Thursday and from 7am to 9pm, Friday through Sunday. Rental clubs are available, along with snacks. This is a non-smoking facility, as well.

A Nine hole round is $24 during the week and $30 on the weekends, while an 18-hole round is $36 during the week and $45 on the weekends. You can also rent a power cart for $18 for nine holes and $30 for 18 holes.

The course offers ten round passes for $210 during the week and $270 on weekends. These passes provide ten, 9-hole rounds and include a single person park pass. A complete season pass is $900, which includes a family park pass. Many other special packages are offered including 20 play packages, tee 4 two packages and cart cards. RedTail Landing Golf Club is located at Box 1070 Nisku, Alberta. It boasts over 230 acres of land and a beautiful course that Puddicombe Golf designed. RedTail Landing features a prairie links style 18-hole course with strategically placed bunkers to challenge golfers. The golf club is near the Edmonton International Airport and is a quick drive from South Edmonton.

The first nine features an older design with many large poplar trees and smaller greens. This nine is a shot maker’s paradise with the challenge of placing the ball in the right position to score.

The second nine (the newer portion) features a links-style design with larger greens full of undulation. Shot placement is still important because of the penalizing secondary rough. Many golfers will still find this nine very challenging, but it plays different from the first nine.

A driver range provides 15 mats and plenty of room for everybody to practice their game. A bucket of balls is $7 and you can enjoy this excellent practice round any day of the week.
