MEAT is a unique restaurant that doesn't take any reservations. They provide large, long tables with a very modern look to the space. If you want to enjoy a great meal in a unique Edmonton restaurant, MEAT should be high on your list.

The restaurant is locally owned and operated. You will enjoy authentic BBQ form this smokehouse, along with plenty of homemade sauces and amazing sides. Here's what you can expect when you dine at MEAT.

The Menu

The dinner menu provides plenty of items and, of course, plenty of meat. Some of the choices you will find here include:

You can choose meat as an entree or have it as a sandwich. If you’re craving something sweet, they offer pecan pie, bourbon banana parfait, peach cobbler and an ice cream float for dessert.


MEAT is also known for carrying an excellent selection of bourbons. They provide many bourbon cocktails, such as the Lynchburg Lemonade or the Kentucky Mule. You can also choose a one-ounce our of top choices, such as Basil Haden 8 Year, 1792 Ridgemont Reserve, Hudson Baby Bourbon or one of the many other choices.

Other beverage choices include local beer, Canadian and American whiskey, wine, Boylan's Soda and more.


MEAT provides one of the best brunches in Edmonton. You can choose from options, such as the Beef Brisket Benny, Biscuits & Gravy, Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Flapjacks, Yam & Potato Hash and more. If you want to enjoy a very unique Brunch MEAT is the place for you.

Location and Hours

MEAT is located at 8216 104 Street NW in Edmonton. They are open from 5pm to 10pm, Monday through Thursday and from 5pm to 11pm on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday they are open from 11am to 2pm for Brunch. They are also open from 4pm to 11pm on Saturday and from 4pm to 10pm on Sunday.
