Located on 109th Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta is Rockin’ Robyn’s Diner. Operating hours are Wednesday through Monday 7 am to 4 pm. They are closed on Tuesdays.
Chef Robyn Lockhart is the owner. She previously worked as a chef in other Edmonton restaurants including Casino Yellowhead and Four Doors. Her extensive work in the culinary industry allows her to be creative and thus have a successful diner for everyone to enjoy. Since she has plenty of experience, you will be sure that every time you sit down at her table, you will leave feeling full and satisfied from a delicious culinary experience.
Rockin’ Robyn’s is a fun fifties themed diner complete with the stools at the counter and vinyl booths for seating. Everything in the diner is fresh and homemade, just like grandma made it. It’s a nice break from traditional restaurants and fast food. You will feel like you stepped back in time as you sit in the vinyl booth listening to 50s music. For some, this will be a nice reminder of their childhood and for others, they will wish they had experienced the 50s in its glory.
On Saturdays and Sundays, customers are treated with Chef Robyn’s special creations. Come in for a weekend breakfast, and you can be treated to a homemade cinnamon raisin French toast, caramel banana pancakes, and delectable breakfast wraps. No matter what you choose, you will love every single bite of it.
Rockin’ Robyn serves weekly and daily specials, so be sure to ask what’s on the menu every time you stop by. You can eat there multiple times a week if you’d like and always get something different to see all of what Rockin’ Robyn’s has to offer.
So when you are feeling like something more than fast food, stop by and enjoy the 50s diner feel that Rockin’ Robyn has to offer.
