Den of Antiquity

The Den of Antiquity is housed in a 1910 single room Amelia schoolhouse. This one of a kind shop focuses on countryside antiques and other collectibles. You will find an array of home decorations and furniture. The Den of Antiquity made its debut on May 2, 2009.

The shop is only open on weekends from 10 to 5, or call to set up a time to view all the Den’s offerings. Antiques that are available will vary, as their goods come from auctions and other picking resources. They have had vintage fixtures, rustic signs, and restored wood furniture. You never know what you are going to find at the Den of Antiquity.

The Den is located on the Victorian Trail, which is the eldest road in Alberta. The drive to the shop is filled with treasures that will have you truly in awe of nature. The trail has a mountain of history tied to it, as European explorers, pioneers, fur traders and Indians have made their passage by travelling on the Victorian Trail.

Royal Alberta Museum
