The St. Albert real estate market benefits from a few key things – location, amenities, and easy transportation. For these reasons, the housing market here can be highly competitive among potential buyers. The community is considered the most expensive in the Greater Edmonton Metro Area, but home buyers enjoy the features it offers, making it a must-have for various reasons.
