Maple Ridge is located at the city limits, between the Southeast industrial Park and Maple Ridge industrial Park. As such, much of the land to the East and South of Maple Ridge is currently being used for agricultural purposes.

In the south-west of Maple Ridge, there is a small commercial Park housing basic services such as convenience stores – however, is there are no major commercial areas nearby Maple Ridge.
