Oliver Community

It was way back in 1880s when the development in this Oliver began. There were several institutional constructions that were built followed by residential developments. Residential development was began before the First World War even started and was sustained up to 1930s.

By the start of 1950s, the population grew to a sustainable level and the needs of more residential units increase. The population growth within the Oliver was due to the increase of job opportunities nearby.
