The Windermere housing market is along the river valley and was redesigned in 1960s, a project that continued until well into 1990s. Not only will this construction be about commercial spaces, it will also provide residents with a series of parks, pathways and institutional facilities that branch out into all six communities.
Windermere's extravagant aura won't be complete without a golf range and country club. The Windermere golf and Country Club was first envisioned in 1957. It features an 18-hole golf course, a golf shop and a gracious clubhouse that was fully developed in 2011.
