More commercial developments can be expected once the residential community construction is completed.

An LRT transit station along 87 Avenue and Anthony Henday will help improve mobility to and from other points in Edmonton. Also accessible will be the Grange Centre, the Hamptom Market, West Edmonton Mall, Jamie Platz YMCA, Misericordia Hospital, and Lewis Estates Golf Course.
