There is one public school in the area, Sifton Elementary School. The Clareview LRT Station provides transportation services to the community, which is located in the nearby neighbourhood of Clareview Town Centre. The design of the neighbourhood was to place the educational and recreational areas at the center of the neighbourhood. The interior roads are curvy and often end in cul-de-sacs so as to keep the main flow of traffic on the main roads and away from the residential areas. Pathways are placed strategically throughout the community to promote safe pedestrian and bicycle traffic.
