The neighbourhood takes advantage of the many natural amenities in the area and the development was designed to create an affordable yet attractive community. This natural preserve is located in the northeast section of the community.

The Blackmud Ravine borders the east and south boundaries of the community. There is a shopping area located in the northwest area of the community as well.
